01. Membership Terms and Conditions
[Chapter 1 General Provisions]
Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to comply with and regulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services provided on the ENTERTAKE (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) website and other necessary matters as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
Article 2 Definition
“User” refers to members and non-members who access the website and receive services provided by the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the website, who continuously receives information from the website, and who can continuously use the services provided by the website.
“Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided on the company website without registering as a member.
Article 3 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions become effective when they are announced to users through a notice on the initial service screen of the company website.
The Company may change these Terms and Conditions in the event of a change in circumstances or an important business reason to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, etc., and in this case, the date of application, reason for revision, and contents to be changed shall be specified. The current terms and conditions are posted on the initial service screen from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date.
Pursuant to Paragraph 2, the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same manner as Paragraph 1.
Article 4 Terms and Conditions and Other Rules
If matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, such provisions shall apply.
[Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Service Use]
Article 1 Establishment of Service Use Agreement
The service use contract on the company's website is established when the user expresses the company's approval of the application for use of the service by signing up as a member and the user's agreement to these terms and conditions.
If a user registers as a member and wishes to use the services on the company's website, the member must provide personal information requested by the company.
If the company approves the user's application to use the service on the company's website, the company will notify the user of the member ID and other information deemed necessary by the company.
The company does not accept applications for service use that fall under any of the following items.

me. When you do not apply under your real name
all. When false information is provided in the service use contract application form
la. When an application is made for the purpose of disrupting social well-being, order, or public morals
Article 2 Service Use and Restrictions
In principle, the use of services on the company's website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special problem with the company's business or technology.
The service usage time set forth in the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notification to the member if the company requires regular inspection/replacement of information and communication systems, etc.
In the case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 2, the Company may replace individual notification by individually notifying members to the e-mail address submitted on the Company's website, or by posting on the bulletin board for more than one week for an unspecified number of members.
[Chapter 3 Obligations]
Article 1 Obligations of the Company
Unless there are special circumstances, the company allows members to use the service on the service start date requested.
The company has an obligation to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
The company will process opinions raised by members through appropriate procedures, and if processing takes a certain period of time, the company must inform the member of the reason and processing schedule.
The company strictly maintains the security of members' information and uses it only for internal company purposes such as operating or improving quality services or product introduction, and does not transfer it to other organizations or third parties for any other purpose.< br />
Article 2 Obligations of Members
All responsibility for managing ID and password lies with the member.
Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, the member must notify the company.
Members must comply with these terms and conditions and the relevant laws and regulations.
Users must not do the following:
Registration of false information when applying or changing
Changes to information posted on the company website
Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than that specified by the company website
Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of the company website and other third parties
Actions that damage the reputation of the company or other third parties or interfere with their work
Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, videos, voices, or other information that is against public order and morals
[Chapter 4 Service Use Agreement Termination and Use Restrictions]
Article 1 Termination of Service Use Agreement and Restrictions on Use
When a member wishes to terminate the service use agreement, the member must directly request termination of the service use agreement from the LS ELECTRIC webmaster.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, the member may enter his/her name, ID, and password and send an e-mail to the LS ELECTRIC webmaster, and the membership registration and service use agreement will be terminated.
Please note that membership registration and service use contracts are canceled if you are unable to log in with your existing ID and password, and once canceled, even existing users cannot use the ID.
If a member engages in any of the following acts, the company may terminate the service use agreement without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a reasonable period of time.

Article 2 Procedures for lifting restrictions on service use
If the company wishes to restrict the use of the service, it will determine the reason, date, and period and notify the member or agent in writing or by phone. However, if the company recognizes that there is an urgent need to suspend use, use of the service may be restricted without the process set forth in the preceding paragraph.
A member or his/her representative who has been notified of the suspension of service use pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may file an objection against the suspension of service use.
The company will immediately lift the suspension only if it is confirmed that the reason for suspension has been resolved during the service suspension period.
(Supplementary Provisions) These terms and conditions are effective from August 10, 2000.
